When you submit an event inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and type, event city or venue, guest count, event times, service interests, planning notes, and how you heard about us. We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request and server logs.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, check availability, recommend services, prepare quotes or agreements, communicate about your event, provide requested services, and protect the website from misuse.

Services that process information

Level Up Entertainment uses service providers to operate the inquiry and booking workflow. Website requests are processed through Netlify, customer and event details are stored in Square, and booking-notification emails may be sent through Resend. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business or, when necessary, with event partners involved in services you request. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any information we need to retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can also choose to contact us directly instead of using the website form.
